Well here we are again after almost three years. Friday evening after a long day of workshops we all went out to dinner at Il Fornaio. Excellent food and great company. Starting on the left: Ron, Lynn and John (friends from home), Jeff, Al and Annie.

Adam Block giving one of his always informative and inspiring talks.

Adam speaking to an almost full house.

Bob Massey was this year's recipient of the Hubble Award. Bob was instrumental in standardizing the computer language that astronomical manufacturers use in all our equipment - known as ASCOM.

Ken Crawford (AIC President), Jeff and Al.

Ron, Al and Jeff visiting the Telescope Live booth.

Met a very nice fellow by the name of Brian. He's new to California.

Can't keep Al away from the Takahashi booth. I think he's interested in adding to his collection :)

The vendors included lots of companies that make an assortment of mounts. This is my favorite: The Telescope Live Booth. This is me with Marco, the founder of Telescope Live.

This is a slide from Bob Massey's talk. I couldn't resist, considering my aviation background. How would you like to drive/fly that monster around?

A slide of all the presenters this year. An absolutely fantastic group of experts in various aspects of astrophotography.

Wandering around the exhibit hall.

This is the type of Telescope that Telescope Live uses as Chile-1. It's a Planewave 24" RC

The Telescope Live gang based in England. Alexander, Mentore, Marco and his sister Catarina

Had to get a shot with the gang. When I re-introduced myself to Marco on the first day, he said that he had a gift for me for being one of their best clients. He had a personalized thank-you card that was made from one of my own images and a bottle of Chianti from Italy. Marco and his sister live in Venice. What a nice surprise. Of course I had to buy some more credits (at a discount, of course) :)

Another shot of the T.L. gang. This time with me. What a nice group of folks.

Things are wrapping up just before the banquet and it looks like everyone is getting ready to head home.

Brian and some others waiting for the raffle of the 55" TV.

Ken again - introducing the AIC Board.

The AIC Board - Class of 2022

The folks at Telescope Live invited me to say a few words about them. I was more than willing - they provide imagers with professional quality equipment and data which makes processing really rewarding.

It's always a good time when we get to share a meal together at a nice restaurant.
